David Arpino heads all litigation efforts on behalf of the firm. During law school, David interned at the Appellate Division in the Second Department and gained unique insight into how one of the busiest appellate courts in the country operates. 

David also consults with trial attorneys in crafting summary judgment motions, opposition to motions and order to show cause to make sure that the best and most well preserved arguments are put forth at the trial level to give a practitioner the best possible chance on appeal.

Arnold A. Arpino & Associates has also successfully argued appeals before the the Appellate Division in the Second Department, the Appellate Term of the Second Department and have perfected appeals to the Appellate Division in the Third Department. We have also settled numerous cases in the CAMP and CASP parts of the Appellate Divisions in the Second and Third Departments. (essentially civil mediation parts). 

The success or failure of an appeal can be significantly influenced by the appellate brief. David attends countless hours of CLE's every year on persuasive legal writing. He also writes using a modern, clean, and plain English style that is easy on the reader. Clients enjoy this too.
