It is important that you have our file number prior to making a payment to ensure that the payment is posted to the appropriate account. If you are unsure about the file number, please call the office to confirm prior to making a payment. If we are unable to confirm where a payment should be posted, it will be voided and returned.

While anyone is free to use the LawPay website to make a one-time payment or recurring payment schedule, if you plan on making monthly payments with our office a written agreement drafted by Arnold A. Arpino & Associates, P.C. is required. Call 631-724-5251 or email info@arpino.legal to enter into a written agreement.

Under certain circumstances we may be a third-party collecting a debt owed to another person or entity. In such a situation, Federal Law requires that we inform you this is a communication from a debt collector, this is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained shall be used for that purpose.
